I am getting following error while running compilePDF in R+Sweave.

FancyVerb Error
File Ended while scanning use of \FancyVerbGetLine

Otherwise there is no problem. I am able to create document by inserting chunks, but only in beamer this problem (FancyVerb Error!) is occuring. Can somebody please help me....

Hello Kamakshaiah, welcome to tex.stackexchange! I hope you will have a good time here. — As for your question: could you provide a Minimal Working Example, i.e. a minimal example that displays the compilation problem)? That will make it (a) easier and (b) more pleasant for people to try out solutions, and to try to find an answer to your question. – Esteis Mar 8 at 14:09
Welcome to TeX.SX. Usually, we don't put a greeting or a "thank you" in our posts. While this might seem strange at first, it is not a sign of lack of politeness, but rather part of our trying to keep everything very concise. Accepting and upvoting answers is the preferred way here to say "thank you" to users who helped you. – Claudio Fiandrino Mar 8 at 14:15

It's hard to answer the question without an example. But given that fancyvrb and Beamer are involved, I suspect that Beamer's fragile or fragile=singleslide options may be the solution. – G. Poore Mar 8 at 16:28
