If it is just one fixed document, why do you want to convert it? why not just process it with plain? –  David Carlisle Apr 14 '13 at 19:01
Usually, we don't put a greeting or a “thank you” in our posts. While this might seem strange at first, it is not a sign of lack of politeness, but rather part of our trying to keep everything very concise. Accepting and upvoting answers is the preferred way here to say “thank you” to users who helped you. –  Papiro Apr 14 '13 at 19:41
You've accepted the answer, thanks but I'm still interested as to why you would want to do that, if you have latex you must have plain as well? –  David Carlisle Apr 14 '13 at 22:37
I want to use Lyx to import a document, but Lyx only work with latex. –  norbux Apr 16 '13 at 16:37

This seems to work, it might need some slight tweaks, but produces a three column layout basically like the original.

\def\pagebody{\vbox to\vsize{\boxmaxdepth\maxdepth \pagecontents}}
\def\pagecontents{\dimen@=\dp\@cclv \unvbox\@cclv}
\def\makeheadline{\vbox to\z@{\vskip-22.5\p@
  \line{\vbox to8.5\p@{}\the\headline}\vss}\nointerlineskip}
\newtoks\headline \headline={\hfil}
\newtoks\footline \footline={\hss\rm\thepage\hss}
\def\input #1 {}
\csname @@input\endcsname orgcard
