# Lines in matrices don't work in mathjax [closed]

Code:

\begin{array}{c|c}
\lambda & b^* \\ \hline
0 &  B \\
\end{array}
\right)

Latex:

Mathjax:

Would there be a trick so that I can get the same result in mathjax ?

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask mathjax question here. Otherwise I would rephrase my question: Is it possible to get the same result in latex using an other code ?

One last thing: please make your code compilable, starting with \documentclass{...} and ending with \end{document}. Otherwise, it's extra work for people willing to help you. Help them help you :) –  Jubobs May 29 '13 at 15:45
