\caption{\textbf{Determinants of full sample bank and sovereign Conditional Joint Probability of Default (\textit{CoJPoD})} \\ \fontsize{10pt}{12pt}\selectfont This table presents the determinants of the full sample bank and sovereign conditional joint probabilities of default. Panel A (Panel B) reports the determinants of bank \textit{CoJPoD} (sovereign \textit{CoJPoD}). Bank \textit{CoJPoD} is the full sample average conditional joint probability of default of the banking system given the default of each of the 10 EA sovereigns (shown in Figure~\ref{sovbankcojpod}, Panel B). Sovereign \textit{CoJPoD} is the full sample average conditional joint probability of default of the sovereign system given the default of each of the 10 EA sovereigns (shown in Figure~\ref{sovbankcojpod}, Panel A). Bank \textit{PoD} is the bank probabilities of default averaged over the 26 Euro Area (EA) banks listed in Table~\ref{bankabbreviation}. Bank Corr is the average pairwise correlation coefficient of each bank with all the other banks. Correlation coefficients are calculated based on a rolling window of the past one year of daily arithmetic equity returns of each bank with all other banks. Bank \textit{PoD} Stdev is the standard deviation of the probabilities of default of the 26 EA banks calculated at each point in time. Bank Corr Stdev is the standard deviation of the average pairwise correlation coefficient of the 26 EA banks calculated at each point in time. Sovereign \textit{PoD} is the sovereign probabilities of default averaged over the 10 Euro Area (EA) sovereigns listed in Table~\ref{sovereignabbreviation}. Sovereign Corr is the average pairwise correlation coefficient of each sovereign with all the other sovereigns. Correlation coefficients are calculated based on a rolling window of the past one year of daily arithmetic stock market returns of each sovereign with all other sovereigns. We use the main stock market index of each sovereign to compute daily stock market returns. Sovereign \textit{PoD} Stdev is the standard deviation of the probabilities of default of the 10 EA sovereigns calculated at each point in time. Sovereign Corr Stdev is the standard deviation of the average pairwise correlation coefficient of the 10 EA sovereigns calculated at each point in time. The sample consists of daily observations from 01/01/2008 to 28/02/2013. OLS regression is adopted for both panels. All $t$-statistics are shown in parentheses and are based on White heteroskedasticity-consistent standard errors. *, **, and *** indicate statistical significance at the 10\%, 5\%, and 1\% levels, respectively.}

Clearly because the caption is very long, it creates a badbox. So I want to put the entire Panel B table onto the next page and maybe title it "Table 6 (Cont.) \ Panel B: Determinants of sovereign CoJPoD". Does anyone have any good suggestions?

You should have a closer look at the package longtable. –  Marco Daniel Sep 20 at 9:15
The caption package (which you load anyway) offers \ContinuedFloat. Take a peek at its documentation, especially section "Continued Floats". –  Axel Sommerfeldt Sep 21 at 6:43
