I'm searching for the correct key to change the size of the free text inside a frame. For example:

\documentclass{beamer}
\begin{document}
\begin{frame}
How do I change the size of this line?
\end{frame}
\end{document}

I'm searching for something that works globally like \setbeamerfont{???}{size=\scriptsize} where ??? is the name of the "free" text (dunno how to call it), so that I can add it to the preamble and make it work in all frames.

I've seen the beamer cheat-sheet but I can't seem to find the correct key for free text, only for block text, footnote text, etc.
