# Best way to deal with Table Overflow?

I am going to create tables of the forms

The last column is very long. what is the best way to deal with this. Best regards.

Please complement your code so that it’s a minimal working example (MWE) that illustrates your problem. It will be much easier for us to reproduce your situation and find out what the issue is when we see compilable code, starting with \documentclass{...} and ending with \end{document}.
