Welcome to TeX.SX. A tip: If you indent lines by 4 spaces, then they're marked as a code sample. You can also highlight the code and click the "code" button ({}) or hit Ctrl+K. – Claudio Fiandrino Mar 27 '14 at 7:30
Which TeX distribution, and which document class, do you use? If I expand your code snippet into a minimum working example (MWE) by prefixing \documentclass{article} and appending \begin{document} $abc$ \end{document} to it, I get no error messages when compiling it under MikTeX2.9. – Mico Mar 27 '14 at 8:40
do you really need all those fonts at the same time (and load bm last as it says in the documentation (you may also want to set \bmmax to a smaller number, say 0. but you are loading bm, mathptmx, amsfontsm [math]{kurier} and wasysym all at the same time which seems optimistic as you may have at most 16 font families in math – David Carlisle Mar 27 '14 at 9:25
