In my main pdflatex compilation I am using -aux-directory=C:\Windows\Temp

I am using pstool and was trying to see if there was any way to generate the output pdf (and hopefully other files) in the same aux-directory. I thought that it might be possible with some settings like:

\usepackage[latex-options={-aux-directory=C:\Windows\Temp -output-directory=C:\Windows\Temp}]{pstool}

...but couldn't figure it out. Any ideas on whether this is possible?

(I am trying to find a workaround for the issue of having psfragfig figures in separate directory - not necessary sub-directories).
