# Latex Multiple row/column table [closed]

I am drawing a multiple row and column table using the following syntax.

\begin{table*}[t]
\caption{Evaluation of object recognition }
\begin{center}
\begin{tabular}{ccc|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|cIl}
\whline{4-10}
& & & \multicolumn{7}{ |cI }{\textbf{Objects}} \\ \cline{4-11}
& & & Car & Book & Bear & Plane & Boat & Laptop & Mouse &  \textbf{Average} \\ \whline{2-11}

\multicolumn{1}{ c }{\multirow{6}{*}{Threshold} } &
\multicolumn{1}{ c }{\multirow{2}{*}{60$\%$} } &
\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Recall}       & 0.983     & 0.967    & 0.783     & 0.966     &  0.483    & 1.00   &  0.583  & \textbf{0.824}  \\ \cline{3-11} &&
%\multicolumn{1}{ cI  }  {}
\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Pecision}        & 0.463     & 0.645     & 0.469     & 0.841  &  0.632    & 0.738    &  0.843  &  \textbf{0.662}  \\ \whline{2-11} &

\multicolumn{1}{  c  }{\multirow{2}{*}{80$\%$} } &
\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Recall}      & 0.917     & 0.933  & 0.633    & 0.317  & -    &  0.95 & 0.15  &  \textbf{0.557}  \\ \cline{3-11} &&
%\multicolumn{1}{ c|  }{}                        &  &
\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Pecision}        & 0.652     & 0.885  & 0.329    & 0.454  & -     & 0.709    & 0.891 & \textbf{0.560}   \\ \whline{2-11} &

\multicolumn{1}{ c  }{\multirow{2}{*}{90$\%$} } &
%\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Recall}         & 0.75  & 0.743     & 0.05  & 0.083  & -     & 0.767     & -       &  \textbf{0.342}  \\ \cline{3-11} &&
%%\multicolumn{1}{ c|  }{}                           &  &
\multicolumn{1}{ IcI }{Pecision}        & 0.694     & 0.869  & 0.01     & 0.118     &  -    & 0.916 &  - &    \textbf{0.373}    \\ \whline{2-11}

\end{tabular}
\end{center}
\label{tab:recognition}
\end{table*}

Please notice the commented code of the last recall row. When the code is commented the latex compiles and produces a PDF. However when I uncomment the code, it gives an error as follows:

Can I get some help to fix this error.

Please clarify your specific problem or add additional details to highlight exactly what you need. As it's currently written, it’s hard to tell exactly what you're asking. See the How to Ask page for help clarifying this question.If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Can you please turn your code into a complete, compilable example? – Torbjørn T. Jul 4 '14 at 14:31
have you defined an I column somewhere otherwise {IcI} presumably generated an error? – David Carlisle Jul 4 '14 at 14:36
(a) You have a link/url that is broken across pages. This does not work always, thus avoid it. The problem is not related to the tabular, but to the places of page breaks. (b) Counter table is not unique. Thus redefine \theHtable to a unique representation of the table number. – Heiko Oberdiek Jul 5 '14 at 22:05
