I have a table

Energy&19\%&7\% \\
LiveStock&2\%&-7\% \\ \toprule
LiveStock&\cellcolor{red}{2\%}&\cellcolor{red}{-7\%} \\

There is always some space between the toprule and the cellcolor, what should I do?
