How to correct this error:

/usr/local/texlive/2010/bin/i386-linux/texdoc:69: Internal error: unable to find texdoc module constants.

you should ask on the TeXdoc list (texdoc@tug.org), but you have to provide a lot more information. – Philipp Jun 26 '11 at 16:36
It may be that texdoc is not correctly installed for some reason. You should try to reinstall it using tlmgr install --reinstall texdoc. If it still fails, please show us the output of tlmgr show texdoc (at least the revision line) and of texlua --version (first line is enough). – mpg Jun 28 '11 at 20:00
