Can I left-align text using the baposter class?

I am using the baposter class to make a poster, and I would like the text in the boxes to be left aligned and not automatically hyphenate words. Is that possible? I opened up the baposter class, but I have no idea how to edit it.

Yes, you can use \raggedright inside a box:
