I would like to find the latex error. I apologize for the length of this code, I can't make it shorter.

The log is not a problem, but you should also supply the document examexemple.tex, that doesn't seem to be too long. However, the problem might go away if you delete the file examexemple.aux, letting LaTeX recreate it. –  egreg Jan 18 '12 at 13:17
...and remember to delete tex.stackexchange.com/questions/41138/… to fix your reputation and earn the badge. –  Stephen Jan 18 '12 at 18:53
Up until the point of the error, no pgf-related packages have been loaded. And since \pgfsyspdfmark is defined by the bundle of pgf packages, LaTeX throws an Undefined control sequence error. This may be because you removed pgf from you document preamble after compiling, which caused \pgfsyspdfmark to end up in your .aux file. –  Werner Jan 18 '12 at 19:36
Shot in the dark here, but it looks like you're using a macro \pgfsyspdfmark but as far as I can tell you aren't loading in the package that defines it. I presume this is a pgf package or tikz –  Seamus Jan 18 '12 at 20:49

Delete your .aux file and try again (the error occurs while reading the .aux, so it could be a residue from a previous run). If the error persists, you are probably missing a \usepackage for pgf/tikz. Hard to say for certain without the input file.
