I like to draw a graph using font style look like the following:

graph

(Source: http://pre.aps.org/pdf/PRE/v85/i2/e021105)

How may I use this font style in LaTeX drawing, using Tikz and PGF? Can I also know the name of the computer software that drew the above graph?

To determine the font you can try What the Font. – Peter Grill Feb 15 '12 at 15:49
For determining the software used, it would be nice to know where you got this picture from. – Tom Bombadil Feb 15 '12 at 16:45
@TomBombadil I obtained from pre.aps.org/pdf/PRE/v85/i2/e021105 – FEQ Feb 15 '12 at 17:18
@Chang: Unfortunately, this is not accessible without regustration. How about contacting the author of the acricle? – Tom Bombadil Feb 15 '12 at 18:21
The font of this graph is not embedded into the pdf, There are just drawing commands for lines. I guess that they were directly created by the (maybe very old) program that made the whole graph without using any available font. – jofel Feb 16 '12 at 14:44
