I'm using the titlesec package with the leftmargin option for the \section level. It works how I want, title staying at the top of the section, except when the firs line of the paragraph contains a table, because it enlarge the line height. Is there a way to force to the title section to stay at the top of the first line?

I second AlanMunn's suggestion to compose a fully compilable MWE that illustrates the problem including the \documentclass and the appropriate packages so that those trying to help don't have to recreate it.
