I am able to successfully build a file (Latex=>PDF), but when I try to rebuild the file for any changes I have made, none of the changes transfer through. I did a Build -> Clean Project as I saw suggested on another post, but now when I try to build the file I now just get a "I couldn't open 'filename.aux'" and nothing is created. I have created new projects and this seems to also happen.

This build includes a .bib file.
