I use vim-latexsuite after several years and it is impressing the way I can TeXing new documents (shortcuts, macros and autocompleting)... However, when I need to correct big amounts of text with cut and paste between several files, I prefer Kile. I know about the Vim Plugin of Kile, but it is not enought for me. Someone has configured vim-latexsuite with the vim plugin of Kile?

Thanks in advanced.

(FYI: I was posted this question as an answer in Which Latex IDE has Vi plugin? )

Just a side note: Maybe you should re-think your work-flow if you regularly copy and paste “big amounts of text between several files”. – Marco Jul 30 '12 at 17:41
Welcome to TeX.SX! I must say that I don't quite understand what you mean by correcting big amounts of text with cut and paste. Maybe you need something like vimdiff, gvimdiff or maybe even kdiff3? Otherwise simple copying, even between multiple files, is easy enough in vim. – canaaerus Jul 31 '12 at 6:57
