I am having issues with too long cite-tags with the apalike .bst. I already had these problems in the past, and solved them with the packages:

\usepackage{breakcites}

\usepackage[breaklinks]{hyperref}

This time I am in addition using multibbl to make different bibliography lists. I do not know if that could be the problem, as I have not found any incompatibility searching in internet, but I suspect it, because is the only thing new I (think) have added.

I would appreciate any help on this..
