This is a simple table. \begin{tabular}{l||c|c} and \hline\hline after the first row –  Guido Sep 21 '12 at 2:58
Have you learned something in terms of table creation? Starting out with How to represent this data as a table?, followed by How to draw this table in LaTeX? and How to display this table in LaTeX document. Pleas show some effort of what you've learned from the above posts. –  Werner Sep 21 '12 at 2:59
Why would he try to answer when there is always some idiot (like me) willing to do the work for him? –  Vivi Sep 21 '12 at 3:11
@Vutukuri: Please read The Not So Short Introduction to LaTeX2ε. Section 2.11.6 is about tabular and will answer most, if not all of your questions. If you do have any questions afterwards, try to be specific. Ask things like "How can I produce a double horizontal line?" or "How can I produce a row that's all sans-serif?", but not "How can I produce this table?". The questions of the latter kind will hopefully not be answered anymore in the future, but closed and deleted instead. This is the wrong place to ask such questions. –  doncherry Sep 21 '12 at 3:57

Here it is

    \textsf{Train} & \textsf{Test} & \textsf{PPV Result} \\ \hline \hline
    $C_{km=2}(D^{*} - d_{1}^{*})$ & $C_{km=2}(d_{1}^{*})$ & \\
    $C_{km=2}(D^{*} - d_{2}^{*})$ & $C_{km=2}(d_{2}^{*})$ & \\
    \vdots & \vdots & \vdots \\
    $C_{km=2}(D^{*} - d_{10}^{*})$ & $C_{km=2}(d_{10}^{*})$ & \\ \hline

This code produces

Use \textsf{Train} & \textsf{Test} & \textsf{PPV Result}, and drop the [h] specifier for tabular - only [b] or [t] are accepted. –  Werner Sep 21 '12 at 3:23
@Werner thanks for that (see, there is something to gain in answering basic questions!) –  Vivi Sep 21 '12 at 3:34
thank you vivi... –  Vutukuri Sep 21 '12 at 3:37
@Vutukuri I have just edited the answer to include the suggestions in the comment above, so make sure you use the current version. –  Vivi Sep 21 '12 at 3:39
