I am running Kile on windows 7.I Fixed the live preview tool error message 

Unknown tool LivePreviewPDFLaTeX.

by creating a new tool and following the instructions Kile: "[Kile] Unknown tool LivePreviewPDFLaTeX"

However when I create a project in kile and add a tex file to it I get the following error 

[LivePreview] Failed to Create the subdirectory structure.

And the live preview fails.If I just open a tex file then the live preview works well.But when I add it to the project it fails.

Kindly help in resolving this issue.

You could attach kile to a debugger, search for the mentioned string in the source code and insert a breakpoint there, then you could get an idea what the problem might be. This might be better suited at kile.sourceforge.net/contact.php as it sounds like a "Kile on Windows" problem and not like a general TeX problem. – MMM Oct 8 '12 at 19:02
