I have a single lyx document (.lyx file) which looks different when compiled on two different machines (pdflatex). Where can the differences originate?

Edit: added the output pdfs. First one looks good. Second one seems to have wrong spacing. enter image description here enter image description here

What is different, can you give an example? – Torbjørn T. Nov 4 '12 at 9:59
Did you look in the .log files for differences? (A \listfiles in the documents preamble might be helpful, too.) – Stephen Nov 4 '12 at 11:46
@TorbjørnT.: I added an example. – JohnRos Nov 4 '12 at 11:58
