I'm having a (weird?) problem. For a long while I've been dealing with a document with no problems whatsoever. But, starting some days ago, the compilation, though it shows no errors at all, does not output any pages. It seems like the document does not exist for Miktex. I'm so confused that I do not even figure out which lines should I copy here... Any help/clue will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to TeX.sx! Please add a minimal working example (MWE) that illustrates your problem. It is considered a lot better to put in some code that will compile, as it makes it a lot easier for us to copy it into our text editor and work with it, and see exactly what it is you are trying to do. – hpesoj626 Nov 21 '12 at 2:24

Does this only happen for this very document or for all documents? Does it happen if you copy the contents of this file into another file with a different file name? Have you tried deleting the auxiliary files? Does it make any difference if you change anything in the file? – doncherry Nov 21 '12 at 2:26

Welcome to TeX.sx! What have you changed? The LaTeX code? Have a look to the changed parts. Updated your system? Do you get error messages or warnings? Have a look into your log file and tell us the messages ... With \listfiles you get a list in your log file with the loaded packages and there version numbers ... – Kurt Nov 21 '12 at 2:26

You should try compiling the document from the command line. Something as simple as pdflatex mydoc.tex. You mention MiKTeX, but you're probably referring to the editor you're using? – Werner Nov 21 '12 at 2:56

If you are using texniccenter it is possible that it is blocking the on-the-fly installation of packages. Compile in another editor (e.g. texworks which comes with miktex) or as Werner suggested from the command line to get the missing packages. – Ulrike Fischer Nov 21 '12 at 12:54
