I want to compile my theses with scrreprt and classicthesis, but it does not work.

I have tried to install cm-super package, but it does not work yet.

Your TeX distribution is a little bit old. The actual version is TeXLive 2012, you have TeXLive 2009. Hints for updating you will find for example here. – Kurt Nov 23 '12 at 0:51

Please write your question next time more elaborately, compare my edit. And as Gonzalo wrote, a minimal working example (MWE) would help much more than your lengthy monitor output copy. – Speravir Nov 23 '12 at 1:35
