I have problem with top margin above chapter, table of contents. I have found some solution here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3279194/remove-spacing-before-chapter-in-latex but I can't add titlesec. I see some warning in buildlog:

Package titlesec Warning: Non standard sectioning command detected
(titlesec)                Using default spacing and no format.

Can you help with it?
