How does one type Chinese in LaTeX?

I am a Chinese college student and I want to write a resume with LaTeX; I have searched the Internet, I have heard a package called moderncv but my problem is I can not write Chinese font. Can someone give me some help?

moderncv provides a Chinese template, available for example on ctan.

I was not aware of XeCJK... Is there any difference with CJK, other than that it works with XeLaTeX? Which of them works with LuaLaTeX? – Xavier Dec 29 '12 at 16:38
XeCJK only works with XeLaTeX not LuaTeX. I don't think there's a CJK package that works with LuaTeX at all. See Using LuaTeX as a replacement for pdfTeX. – Alan Munn Dec 29 '12 at 16:52
