I finally managed to install Myriad Pro and Minion Pro using the FontPro scripts. But now I'd like to use Myriad as the font for my headings and Minion as my main font though I only get the error: Too many alphabets used in version normal when I do load both packages. What do I need to do?

Please provide a complete MWE. The error stems from too many math alphabets used, so we need to see your complete document. – mafp Feb 5 at 21:37
I believe I actually found the problem: ntheorem. Somehow this one conflicts with using Minion and Myriad at once. – user25552 Feb 5 at 21:57
@user25552 Without the MWE we cannot help. – sebschub Feb 5 at 22:25
@user25552, please, explain us how you had installed it. – Sigur Feb 5 at 22:37

@user25552 I doubt it's ntheorem. Both of the font packages set the math font by default. If you just want sans serif headings you should probably load Myriad Pro with \usepackage[onlytext]{MyriadPro}. – Audrey Feb 5 at 22:55
