assuming you have Adobe Reader installed on your PC, what version are you using? here's a screenshot of how I configured an output profile to open PDF documents with the Adobe Reader X. – nnunes Feb 19 at 19:23

The question, as it is written now, is much too vague. So nobody can really help you. What output profile did you use? What a viewer is in this profile defined? Is the path to the viewer executable correct? How is the name of the DDE server? Does the viewer anyway understand DDE commands? – Speravir Feb 19 at 20:31
@Speravir, The question is updated. – ali amidi Feb 19 at 21:03
See my answer here: pdfopen / pdfclose don't work with Acrobat/Adobe Reader XI. Of course, you must ensure, that the path is correct, as well (this is especially important, when you upgrade to a new version). – Speravir Feb 19 at 22:37
