comment MacTeX 2015: Font installation fails
No match in any MinionPro related fd or vf files. I guess, I use those files for about ten years now. They did stop working by upgrading from MacTeX 2014 to MacTeX 2015.

But I can't find “MinionPro-Bold-” in MinionPro.map … And the same map files worked with MacTeX 2014. What should I do?

Same problem here, but blacklisting does not work. Since I'm a fresh Mac user I don't want to move the corresponding fonts as @TillA.Heilmann describes, because I don't know anything about side effects.

comment Joining lines and text together (and a grey footnote) in a new environment for grey text
Sorry for the delay! No, I didn't use \footnotetext. I just did not realize that it's part of the solution.

comment Joining lines and text together (and a grey footnote) in a new environment for grey text
Today I tested the mdframed code in my real life document and some footnotes are still printed grey. Quite strange.

It's not nice but in any case it's better than a page break before the final line.

Thank you very much! I will use your mdframed code since it solves the footnote problem and is more elegant. But it does not solve my problem with page breaks after or before lines. In my real life document are three pages with single lines that I even can't fix with \enlargethispage. It seems I have to rephrase some parts …

Yes, it is, AFAICS.
