comment Is there a simpler way of drawing relation maps?
Thanks, by the way. This set up makes it (relatively) easy to produce various mappings of this sort [which is what I was looking for].

$(c)!1/2!(e)$ means half-way between position of (c) and (e)?

I'm preparing lecture slides, which I wanted to be semi-self-contained. (Of course lots of things can be easily drawn on black|whiteboards.)

comment State of Unicode math typesetting fonts?
That is useful information. I'm still most curious about Neo Euler - which is rather different in appearance from the other fonts. I'm looking for something which works well for on-screen viewing (projected lecture slides), and Neo Euler seems nice, particularly in combination with the Ubuntu font.

comment filled \diamondsuit and \heartsuit
@Caramdir: Can symbols from Computer/Latin Modern be imported in a similar fashion? I ask because Neo Euler lacks all of the card suit symbols, and it would be nice to import the club and diamond from Computer/Latin Modern.

comment 'Not element of' in Latin Modern
I'm using the latest TeXLive and I still get a difference between $\not\in$ and $\notin$ in the minimal example - in that the first looks bad (as does $\not\subset$ etc.). If I enter directly as Unicode, of course, they're fine.

comment How to set up forward/inverse searches with AUCTeX and Zathura
@giordano: yes, I had seen those instructions, but they seem to be for vim, and I wasn't 100% certain how to adapt them to emacs. I also found this: wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Emacs#SyncTeX_support - but, again, it requires adapting - to AUCTeX rather than the built-in emacs TeX support.
