In particular, your mention of \printbibliography seems to indicate that you are using biblatex instead of bibtex? The answer above is based on the assumption that bibtex is used (see the comments on the OP).

@Bakuriu: please ask a new question. In the question include a full MWE, indicate how you compile the file, and give the exact error. (I am pretty sure the sentence "You cannot use \bibliography outside the preamble" is not the actual error shown to you.)

@Bakuriu What in the world are you talking about? See the BibTeX user guide.

@JosephWright: one possible use-case (not necessarily that of the OP), is that sometimes one does not want all collaborators to see those 'SpecialRemarks' one might write in one's own bibliography management software.

Like greyshade, I would suggest looking into export filters. Another option is to save your bibtex file and then run it through something like bibtool to strip out unwanted fields.

Incidentally, I couldn't get your MWE to build as it was missing (for me) the \euro and \textcentoldstyle commands.

Instead of \multirow, maybe you should use p? en.wikibooks.org/wiki/LaTeX/Tables#Text_wrapping_in_tables (or perhaps tabularx: stackoverflow.com/a/790955 )

Why would you like to avoid using tables? The type of presentation you want is basically a table, no?

@Ivica: what is \fs{2} supposed to output? Almost certainly what you need to do is to follow the instructions in the link given in the above comment, and edit the configuration for the LaTeX preamble to load the appropriate LaTeX package. We may be able to help you track down the appropriate package, but you will need to tell us what the expected outcome is. The actual configuration of Moodle, however, is likely to be off-topic here.
