comment Missing getnonfreefonts-sys in MacTex 2015
Well, thanks. That seemed to fix things. I noticed, however, that getnonfreefonts-sys.pl is just a symlink to getnonfreefonts.pl. (Although, as egreg pointed out before, the result from calling one instead of the other is different.)

comment How to comment references in a bibliography
For future reference, please note that this doesn't work any more with biblatex. It isn't possible any more to include \DeclareDatamodelFields commands in the preamble. See here for a workaround: tex.stackexchange.com/questions/238554/…

comment Why does texdoc call luatex
This is a fine answer. Thanks, Mico. So calling lua texdoc.tlu hyperref produces the same results as texdoc hyperref, right?

comment Why does texdoc call luatex
Oh, thanks. But it seems to me that "luatex" and "texlua" are synonimous, aren't they? The man page says: "NAME luatex, texlua, texluac - An extended version of pdfTeX using Lua as an embedded scripting language"
