comment memoir class and \titleGM title page style with custom dimensions
Hm, that's not quite what I'm going for - I'm trying to mimic to some extent the style of old-school programming textbooks like "How to Solve it by Computer" by R.G. Dromey. The book itself is 9in x 6in, and with a straight-edge I measured both the right and left margins to be 0.75 inches. Is there anyway to get the title page to work within these parameters?

Hi Gonzalo, yes I still have the problem after adding the \begin{questions}. This was a copy/paste error in my working example. I'll update the code sample in the original post.

comment Style used for Knuth's “The Art of Computer Programming”
I took a look at that discussion but had problems understanding how to modify the TeX macros for use with LaTeX. I was hoping more for a LaTeX documentclass or something along those lines (or at least more help in making the translation).
