How to fix vertical text frame size (including footnotes)? Interesting - when I add this statement, I get a completely different frame size. Do I have to redefine it now? |

How to fix vertical text frame size (including footnotes)? Thanks, can you elaborate on how I would set this up under LyX? I assume I need to add something to the custom header... |

Listings package for C# Thanks! Though I must admit this is beyond unintuitive... who on earth came up with that idea? C# as a dialect of C, pah! Ridiculous! |

Listings package for C# Is it possible to get this in LyX? Because I don't see SharpC in the list of available languages. |

Lyx is ignoring typewriter font setting for program listings Actually, I've just tried \basicstyle{\ttfamily} and XeTeX gave me an Undefined control sequence. |

Lyx is ignoring typewriter font setting for program listings Thanks, I get it now. What about letter spacing - can that be fixed too? Or am I imagining things? |

Lyx is ignoring typewriter font setting for program listings No, I haven't. I assumed they'd be used automatically. If that's not the case, how do I make this setting document-wide? Also, I think the letter spacing in program listings is wrong (wider than normal), is there any way to get it to 'default' levels? |
