comment Small Axis arrows in PGFplots
@M.Reza try ticks=none for hiding the ticks. If you want to get rid of the box around the plot, try axis lines=none.

comment Can't get kerkis work properly
If I'm not mistaken kerkis is a serif font. this means every time \sffamily is invoked a substitution font is used... and the greek support for this font might not be complete.

comment How can I use the tikz external library in tikzposter?
If it's a pure memory issue (but it doesn't seems to be), try to compile with lualatex... Or just render pdfs from tikz image and include them as any pdf image.

comment round box around theorem
If I'm not wrong it's the implementation with the minted package that requires the -shell-escape option. Why would you use minted for getting a round box around theorems? You could just take inspiration from here: tex.stackexchange.com/questions/112661/…

comment Beamer: title-page full page image
@TomKealy if you want this image to appear on each frame... else just in the specific frame you want. Plus you may need to play with width + height (and also add \usetikzlibrary{backgrounds} in your preamble)

comment Beamer: title-page full page image
Try this: \begin{tikzpicture}[remember picture,overlay] \begin{pgfonlayer}{background} \node at (current page.center) {\includegraphics[width=\paperwidth,height=\paperheight]{YUR_IMG}}; \end{pgfonlayer} \end{tikzpicture}

comment TikZ library creation
@cfr yes I wouldn't like to loose too much time for doing it. The mixture of cm and pt is what came out of svg2tikz. I for example won't need ultra high flexibility for width/height etc of symbols. But if you think I'd gain in efficiency by doing it the other way around please let us know.

comment Latex code for power electronic inverters
You could start by trying to get something with circuitikz. If you don't submit a partial example no one will do the job for you. This would be interesting for you texample.net/tikz/examples/power-electronics-converter-inverter

comment Circular ends of lines and positioning of nodes?
Just for the circle ends, if you add usetikzlibrary{arrows} in your preamble you could then use \draw[-*] (0,0) -- (1,1);

comment Nodes and matrix of nodes
@JLDiaz nah but I have found the trick to define other pics to be used in the matrix while keeping (m-x-y) usable. You need (\tikzmatrixname-\the\pgfmatrixcurrentrow-\the\pgfmatrixcurrentcolumn) instead of just the suffix and by deleting name prefix .. in the style
