comment Define font size of titles, subtitles and content
If you look in the log file it will tell you which version of the KOMA packages have been loaded. Mine is 2013/12/19 v3.12.

comment Define font size of titles, subtitles and content
Strange. No complaint here, and the documentation clearly states this is allowed. Is your distribution up to date?

comment bflabel undefined
Seems to be part of the acronym package, e.g. 2012/10/29, but is no longer present in the latest version. How are you using that package?

comment Cryptic Errors. Probably a quick fix? ( noob )
You are using the hyperref package, which should be loaded last (for exceptions see tex.stackexchange.com/q/1863/15925). Loading it earlier gives your posted.

comment \graphicspath not working
Welcome to TeX.SX! Please make your code compilable (if possible), or at least complete it with \documentclass{...}, the required \usepackage's, \begin{document}, and \end{document}. That may seem tedious to you, but think of the extra work it represents for TeX.SX users willing to give you a hand. Help them help you: remove that one hurdle between you and a solution to your problem. In particular, have you loaded the graphicx package?

comment Extra space on right hand side of table
Because you have asked for the table to fill \columnwidth but the contents are narrower than that. egreg's answer below provides a much simpler way to set your table.

comment How to draw the cards of a deck?
Questions about how to draw specific graphics that just post an image of the desired result are really not reasonable questions to ask on the site. Please post a minimal compilable document showing that you've tried to produce the image and then people will be happy to help you with any specific problems you may have. See minimal working example (MWE) for what needs to go into such a document.

@ChenStatsYu That sounds like a completely separate question. May be tex.stackexchange.com/q/187725/15925 helps.

comment Custom location for style files on OSX
I am just trying to say the standard place to put your local files is under ~/Library/texmf. Otherwise change the environment variable to point to the directory you wish use, cf. tex.stackexchange.com/q/5162/15925
