comment Mysterious error when trying to include a vertical fill inside a tabular
The intention: There is two parts of the table, which should be separated by vertical white space. If I just make that as two tables, the vlines/spacings do not line up, that is why I try to make them into one table with \vfill inside it! thank ...

Thanks! But that does not solve the problem. I get problems from the code \multicolumn{3}{c}{\begin{minipage}{\vspace*{\fill{}}}\end{minipage}} \\ \hline which tries to put vertical space between the two parts of the table?

Harish Kumar: Tried that error is different: ERROR: Undefined control sequence. <argument> \includegraphics []{example-imae} l.11 ...menter/}{\includegraphics[]{example-imae}} TeX encountered an unknown command name. You probably misspelled the name. If this message occurs when a LaTeX command is being processed, the command is probably in the wrong place---for example, the error can be produced by an \item command that's not inside a list-making environment.
