Only remaining issue is that the order of symbols: e.g. { $S$ }, {`\textbf{S}`}, {`$S$`}, {`S`} will be sorted differently. Is there a way sorting the symbols alphabetically?

Another question, the order of Literatures in the `Reference list` are sorted by author's surname, other than citing order in text. Is this default for numeric citation?
