comment Is it possible to use tikzmark inside minted?
@percusse Well, it's more complicated than that, since minted is based on verbatim, you can't just do commands willy nilly, since they will print as text, rather than being interpreted as Latex commands.

comment How to draw over minipage in tikz?
Thanks. I might just forgo the background on the minted, and do each line as its own environment, or use listings. If I lose the highlighting, it's not the end of the world.

@cfr So, right now I'm using the left minipage to push the minted environment to the right, but that could easily change. The point is to leave space for the diagrams I'd like to add on top.

comment How to automatically generate Venn diagrams given the inclusion relations?
So, if somebody writes up one of these comments as a question I'll give you the bounty, I'd prefer an answer, but I'd rather give it to someone than have it disappear.

So, those are good tools for this. Any idea how I would actually go about generating the diagram? Do they have built in functions to do this, or would I have to write my own? Are there known algorithms for this?

comment Strategies to deal with \ being in an awkward place on the keyboard?
I'm not overly familar with Emacs. I was taught Vim in school, though I was never overly fond of it. Is the idea just that you use an Emacs macro to simulate "\"?
