This did fix it... Is there a general way to write out these fixes?

comment pdfTeX font expansion error - \SetExpansion in microtype package
One quick question - can I use different expansion context say Sloopy1 - where shrink is 100 and Sloppy2 - where shrink is 50 - in the same document applied on the math font? As in can the math font be shrunk to different scales in different places within the same document?

comment Automatically stretch/fit contents of a paragraph
A really nice quick fix - but this does not fully address the concerns here. Take for instance another reference: Buck, A. J., Blackstone, E. A., \& Hakim, S. (2009). A multivariate Poisson model of consumer choice in a multi-airport region. \textit{iBusiness, 1}(2). \doi{10.4236/ib.2009.12012} Still falls out of margins. Any other ideas?

How did you achieve the decimal alignment? Excellent response.. But as you noted - it is a bit of a sore sight :(

Hi @peter... I think the image is a bit fuzzy but I want double lined border, not thick lines.

comment Bibliography Issue apacite: Argument of \@@cite has an extra }
@Kurt: Actually I found a work around to this issue. I used the natbibapa option for the apacite package and that seemed to solve all the issues. Instead of using \cite I had to use \citep for referencing.

comment Make the contents of a sentence fit to a line?
Thanks Fran. The suggestion worked very well. Can you please elaborate a little bit on the usage of this command (`\resizebox') and also how it fit in this context? - the guidance would be very helpful indeed!! Thanks again for the solution!

Wow Mico! That pretty much addresses all my issues. Thanks for the detailed answer. The acronym definitions were a neat trick to improve the readability of the code. Thank you again!

@JosephWright I feel that Mico addressed all my questions. Though, I do agree with you that the questions might have been a bit all over the place. Henceforth I will post more focused questions. And thank you - TeC.sx is really an awesome resource pool and forum - glad to be a part of it!

@barbarabeeton I would like the same style for all the math in the document. Not just the equation environment.
