insert MAPLE algorithm to LaTeX I didn't remove the .eps but, but I did remove the spaces from the file name and add the graphicx package. I don't know which of these fixed it. This is what I hate about LaTeX. |

insert MAPLE algorithm to LaTeX @zeroth There is no includegraphics line in the code. Should there be? All I did was this: clicked File>Export>LaTeX. |

insert MAPLE algorithm to LaTeX @zeroth I get an overfull hbox but that's it. The file compiles and it shows the text in the document quite nicely. However, for the figure I have in my maple file, it just has the caption, with no actual plot. |

insert MAPLE algorithm to LaTeX I have followed the steps above: chuck all the Maple files into the same directory and then for the images I followed " change them to whatever format you use" by using the epstopdf package. But... it doesn't work. |

How can I adjust the box around my equation? My main aim is to increase the box size. Anything else (line thickness, line style, line colour, etc.) would be a bonus. |

Do you use TeX for writing your thesis or only for its composition? @PeterJansson the "... you end up focusing more on the text than formatting issues" comment is absolutely ludicrous in my opinion. With Word for example, you just open it and start typing. The one-click tools for formatting are easy to use, but more to the point, it's WYSIWYG, so there's no complicated complicated programming language, no compiling, and no errors because I forgot a }. |

Why does (La)TeX give errors now and again for seemingly no reason? Interesting.... |

Format LaTeX code in TexMaker Well, other than tabbing there's probably nothing you can you do. |
