I tried this: Add clusters/bars for every program in every barplot and write some "code" to check if the value of a bar is "0" and if it is turn the xticklabel white.. but could not get it quite right.

In my presentation the second slide, Summary, I made it manually. In the example you provided you're using the \Summary .. can you give me an example that doesn't use that? And also, I don't want the summary appearing at each section start.
