I use Ubuntu; primarily use Bash& Python for my immediate scripting needs, and have a passion for data& storage infrastructure.

Faint pdfborder borders for URL links when using breakurl you are right! I feel sheepish... I primarily use Acrobat Reader 9 on Ubuntu& didn't bother to check output using other readers. I tried viewing document in Okular& borders are there... Thank you :) |

Faint pdfborder borders for URL links when using breakurl @DL6ER, the issue is not with line breaking but with rather with faint borders around URLs. I know its a trivial thing, but I'd love it if my manuscript was consistent :). Incidentally, I use a combination of breakurl package and \sloppy to break long URLs. |

Framebox and subfigure with dirtree package +1 Thank you for this --minipage worked like a charm. I am still struggling with #2 (using subcaption to place dirtree outputs on single line) though. |

Framebox and subfigure with dirtree package @egreg Tried typesetting all 3 sub-figures into seperate minipage environments --still no luck with placing them on one horizontal line. |

Bottom table alignment for rotated column headers @PeterJansson, indeed it does; but only after I stop using \array package for those columns --by replacing >{\arraybackslash}m{0.010\linewidth} with a c. However, I was rather hoping I could have control over the width of those columns. |
