comment Positioning a node horizontally aligned and below others
Many thanks for the solution! The matrix nature of {tikz-cd} makes such an approach impossible, right?

comment Listings line numbers that match the linerange specification
@AndrewSwann True. I’m having problems with showlines that are unrelated. However, the solution here doesn’t go nicely with the lstlinebgrd package. If one wants to keep background colors, one has to imitate its implementation and add \lst@linebgrd between the last two closing curly braces in the definitions of the key cases left, leftliteral, right (and rightliteral if one has defined it), e.g. …\kern\lst@numbersep}\lst@linebgrd}\\%.

This seems to overwrite other listingsoptions set by lstset like showlines=true– is there a way to keep those as well?

comment Unicode characters in a listing environment are not colorized!
@UlrikeFischer Ah, indeed! It now works, I must have made some error before, – I can’t figure it out, what I have done wrong, but now it works. You should post this as an answer, so I can accept it.

comment Unicode characters in a listing environment are not colorized!
@UlrikeFischer Okay, I added the symbols I used. It doesn’t change my output. (After all, the symbols were displayed before.) So this unfortunately does not solve my problem. Thank you, though.

@UlrikeFischer Do you know what kind of codes (^^80, ^^81 etc.) these are in the answer in your link?

@egreg I’m using LuaLaTeX.

comment misplaced qed symbol after displaymath inside item of inline list
I accepted the answer even though it is – as you said yourself – merely a hackish solution. I personally just switched to using the displaymath-environment. But thanks anyway!

comment Line break after header of theorem environment followed by multicols body causes header-body overlap
I have also set up an environment with ntheorem to allow a text indentation while the header is not indented. Also I want the optional text to replace the default displayed theorem name. I couldn't do this with amsthm. I thought a solution to the problem with amsthm might contribute to a solution with ntheorem. So this doesn't help me much. Many thanks anyway.

@egreg Hm, I get an error with XeLaTeX: ! The font "xits" cannot be found. – must be TeXlive2011.`

@Caramdir Me neither, at least not as simply as I thought. (This is a problem I encountered before, so I assumed it was something general) I guess I was too lazy there. I'll try to reproduce it.

comment list environment to set different paragraphs within an item
@cgnieder I think you're right. Maybe I just want to refer to the listed questions instead of answering them in a listed environment. I'll take council with my pillow.

comment list environment to set different paragraphs within an item
This is good and helps. But I dislike the indent and margin which comes from not using the inline environment. Is there a way to solve this, too? ("separated" should begin at the same indent as "(b)" in the line below.

Yeah, great. TeX.

comment misplaced qed symbol after displaymath inside item of inline list
@barbarabeeton I use it to define certain theoremstyles. Maybe I can switch. But this, of course, still wouldn't really solve this particular problem.

I also encountered similiar misplacements of the qed symbol in other contexts, but I couldn't reproduce them so far. If I find further such reproduceable misplacements, I'll post them, too.

comment How to remove \vskip from beginning of multicols-environment
Yes, this works, thanks. But somehow I end up having lesser vertical space (no space?) around the list than normally (even with your fix!). I'm tired for today, so I'll look into it tomorrow and report back what I found.

@lockstep It didn't for me. Wait a second. Oh, it does! Damnit. My apologies.
