Remove dots in toc for a particular entry like appendix Frank, thank your for your great answer. Plan A did the trick. The appendix chapter was at the very end of the TOC so need to turn it on again. I was looking a solution for so long :) |

Changing the table of contents Thanx for this answer, it helped me to modify the toc title, but I couldn't managed to add the "Continued" if TOC spans over 3 pages. It shows up on the second page but not on the third. Could you help me with this? |
