Two columns: one column for questions; the other for answers @SeanAllred honestly, I just gave up on it, I just wanted to make a nice exam for the students, because the school prints everything on A4 paper, so I thought if I did two collums then I could have the answers to the right of the questions, instead on a different page. |

new command for the dx of intergral. When I type I like to have the {} around stuff, personal taste. So I was wondering would \newcommand*\diff[1]{\mathop{}\!\mathrm{d}#1} work propertly? |

new command for the dx of intergral. @Herbert \newcommand\dx[1]{\:\textrm{d}#1} and that worked. I am very happy for you helpping me. You are very smart. |

Why are these commands considered as bad practice? I am not disagreeing with you, but how do you leave space for answers when you write an exam? I only know to use \vspace{\stretch{1}} |
