comment Problem with \toprule: sometimes not bold
Welcome to TeX.SX! Please make your code compilable (if possible), or at least complete it with \documentclass{...}, the required \usepackage's, \begin{document}, and \end{document}. That may seem tedious to you, but think of the extra work it represents for TeX.SX users willing to give you a hand. Help them help you: remove that one hurdle between you and a solution to your problem.

comment A question about the \draw command
In the manual, usually the commands in the code examples are liked to their explanation and by clicking them you will jump right to the page where they are explained.

Unfortunately, that's not an MWE. Could you please expand it according to the link I posted above?

comment Pgfplots and histogram with heterogeneous values
Could you please add a minimal working example (MWE) with some example data to play with? Also, have you considered an axis break somewhere above 150?

comment How to draw an equilateral triangle with TikZ?
Try \coordinate (c) at (60:1); for coordinate c. Then the rest should work out by itself ;-)

comment The caption of tables is not uppercase
I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because the problem was caused by several packages for subfloats that interfere with each other and the documentclass's behaviour.

comment The caption of tables is not uppercase
Could you please elaborate a bit more, which part of the code you posted should make the text "Testing Caption" uppercase? Also, your posted code seems to be not a minimal working example as much of your code does not seem to be relevant to the question you're asking here. Please limit the example to only the code required for your issue to appear. You can have a look at this guide for how to prune your code for this purpose.
