comment Adjust the position of node label in graph
You can shift it a little bit to the left with xshift: \foreach \x/\y/\name/\m/\n in {8/10//16/20}{ \node[fill,circle,inner sep=2.5pt,label={[inner sep=0pt, xshift=-1mm]left:\name($\m, \n$)}] at (\x,\y) {};

comment Using tikz inside multirow
Two comments. First, take a look at Should \tikzset or \tikzstyle be used to define TikZ styles?, and second your code doesn't works because you used a frame environment inside an article class.

comment How to draw the following diagram using tikz-cd?
@LitunJohn They are going out because rounded corners doesn't change anchors, then south west is still at non-rounded-corner position. You can horizontally shift their ends with ([xshift=...]south.west) and similar constructions.

comment Turn a six sides into a 3 sides logo
Then, it would be nice to make a comment in John's answer mentioning the problem and that you open a new question. It would be also nice make reference to your previous question in this one. As much information you provide more possibilities for a better solution.

comment edge invisibility in tikz
If \visible works fro (n1) to (n4), use it. Supress n1/n5 from foreach and add \visible<1>{\draw (n1) to (n5)};}.

comment TikZ: Unexpected decoration behaviour on duplicate image
Take a look at tex.stackexchange.com/a/130899/1952, it explains why second graph fails: As usetikzlibrary loads the library locally and tests if it has been already loaded, your second load fails.
