comment Convert pdf image to png. TiKZ
@user59272 This error means you don't have standalone class instaled. You don't need it if you follow Werner suggestions: 1.- insert \pagestyle{empty} in your code. 2.- compile with pdflatex. 3.- Use pdfcrop to reduce white space. 4- Convert to png.

comment How to draw areas between curves of the form $x=f(y)$ and $x=g(y)$?
Take a look at tex.stackexchange.com/a/163654/1952 and read feellbetween library section of pgfplots documentation.

comment Aligning figures in a table
Another problem is figure size. Altough you're using minipage, your figures don't fit in it and they are not scaled. If you want to scale them use adjustbox, resizebox or just draw being sure that they have its correct size to fit where you want.

You're using curved lines, therefore the final bounding box of your second and fourth figures are not correct. This produces incorrect alignments. Take a look at Bounding box is larger than expected when drawing a curved path and Is there a way to control whitespace around a TikZ picture?

comment How can I use a usepackage only for one section?
You can convert floatchart from latin1 coding to utf8. There are external tools to do this (iconv), online tools but some text editors can also make this conversion (texworks does it).

comment Recalling a specific overlay of a tikzpicture in beamer
I think my answer to How to generate a series of \paused stand-alone TikZ images? can help you. The idea would be to generate a series of standaloneframe frames and include the desired one in your last frame.

If you are using TikZ 3.0, just add \usetikzlibrary{babel} to your preamble. See: tikz declare function and babel french option
