My last "answer" is here, but it was unfairly converted to a comment :-D.

I have problem to be neither asked nor answered.

\def\xport{%
    \rm X%
    \kern-.17em\lower.7ex\hbox{P}%
    \kern-.20em\lower.2ex\hbox{O}%

}
\xport

Notes

  1. preview package
    • ignores \pagecolor{} and paper size.
    • needs -D10000 option to get a tight output.
    • cannot work with animate package.
  2. standalone class uses preview package internally so it does the same behaviour.

Thank you for the solution. By the way, can we detect the book size on the fly instead of hard-coding the viewport? It is because my book size might not be exactly A4.

comment Is it possible to separate the input and output of LTXexample such that I can put each in a table cell?
Thank you. But it will not be usefull for me because I use latex. :-) Your name sounds like Indonesian name.

comment How to make \include work with a quoted string path containing spaces?
@Ulrike, thanks first. I need a new \include-like inclusion command that can accept string path with spaces, of course.

@Michael, I add one more: see tex.stackexchange.com/questions/7010/… where \include cannot be used for path with spaces.

comment How to make \include work with a quoted string path containing spaces?
@jimi, it did not and does not make sense. If it works like so, the other \include will be ignored, right?

Could you give me an example of your batch file? Thanks in advance.

comment Is it possible to separate the input and output of LTXexample such that I can put each in a table cell?
Thank for commenting. Actually I just need an immediate output handle for each LTXexample call such that I make 3-column rows in a longtable. Each row is composed of LTXexample in the middle column and its corresponding output handle on the most right column. The most left column displays labels of increasing number. It is more than enough.
