High resolution transparent png looks awful @TorbjørnT. I checked, it actually can. Overall quality is much better, but text boxes are not transparent. I will try to google it now. Thank you for idea! |

\pdfmarkupcomment works in MWE, but doesn't work in my thesis I understand. I checked the document once again. When I put \pdfmarkupcomment to the main file, then highlight works. When I put it to the file, which is included using \include{}, then highlight doesn't work for me |
